Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By using Prime Vision 3D services, you accept these terms in full. Visualization services are provided on a best-effort basis according to information supplied by clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without explanation.

2. Free Evaluations and Redesigns

Free evaluations and redesigns are offered at our discretion. Only properties meeting our internal criteria qualify for complimentary services. Free redesigns remain our intellectual property with rights granted for marketing purposes only when our branding remains intact.

3. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required in full before delivery of final visualization assets. Initial deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations after work has commenced will incur charges proportional to work completed. Refunds are processed within 14 business days when applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

All visualization assets remain the intellectual property of Prime Vision 3D unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for specified purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5. PrimeAgent Access Program

Membership in the PrimeAgent Access program requires quarterly activity to maintain active status. Benefits are non-transferable and may be modified with 30 days notice. We reserve the right to terminate membership for misrepresentation of our services or violation of these terms.

6. Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, visualizations are artistic representations and may differ from final construction outcomes. Measurements, colors, textures, and lighting may vary in actual implementation. Visualizations should not be used as the sole basis for construction decisions.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

Client information is used solely for service provision and direct marketing of related services. We do not sell or share client data with unaffiliated third parties. Property images may be used in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for consequential losses, renovation complications, or construction delays arising from our visualizations or recommendations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Helsinki District Court.
